The Bono Social is requested through the regulated market suppliers. In the case of Naturgy, Comercializadora Regulada Gas & Power S.A., the application must be made through one of the following channels:
Once requested the Bono Social with Naturgy, the customer will receive the resolution to your application via mail within 15 days. If this resolution is favorable and the social bonus is granted, you will be considered a beneficiary from the date of your application.

Regardless of the channel you choose, the regulated supplier Gas Power has a period of up to 15 days to evaluate your application and approve or deny it. The resolution will be communicated by mail.
It is important to mention that if a change of owner is made with Naturgy, the new person in charge of the contract must also provide all the information that accredits him/her as a vulnerable consumer.
In all cases, the discount of the social bonus is made on the total bill excluding taxes, i.e., on what you pay for the contracted power and for the electricity consumption you have made.
