Resolution of December 4, 2020, of the General Technical Secretariat, publishing the Agreement between the Provincial Directorate of the General Social Security Treasury of Madrid and the Provincial Directorate of the National Social Security Institute of Madrid, for the administration and cost-sharing of the shared-use properties of the Integral Offices of Madrid, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Móstoles, Alcalá de Henares, Alcobendas and Collado Villalba.
That the signing Administrative Entities are responsible for the management of the administrative functions entrusted to them in their specific regulations, within the province of Madrid. For the development of the same, they share the use of the properties referred to in the present agreement, for which reason they consider it necessary to regulate the administration and participation of each Entity in common expenses derived from said use.
That, with the purpose of proceeding to a better management of the use of the properties, with the signature of the present Agreement they manifest their will to collaborate in the administration and participation of the Entities they represent in the current and future expenses, derived from the conservation, improvement, works, services, supplies and other necessary of the properties, as well as of the tax charges that encumber the same, for what they consider necessary the establishment of a framework of relations in the terms that are gathered in the following ones

The Council of Ministers has approved this Tuesday the appointment of María Carmen Armesto González-Rosón as Director General of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) and of Andrés Harto Martínez as Director General of the General Treasury of the Social Security.
Carmen Armesto holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and is a member of the Senior Corps of Auditors and Auditors of the Social Security Administration.
The new Director General of the Social Security General Treasury holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has been a civil servant in the Senior Corps of Technicians of the Social Security Administration since 1991.

To this end, the General Treasury of the Social Security will make available to authorized persons a new application within the scope of the RED System, called CASI@, on which we have been working for some time. It has been conceived as an exclusive service for authorized persons, with the aim of facilitating the presentation of this type of requests in a channel for exclusive use, thus allowing for the agile and secure management of procedures of this nature.
In view of the above, we will soon make this new service available to your members within the scope of the RED System, asking for your help in disseminating this application by the means you consider most appropriate.
